subroutine twcale ( integer ISPEC )

Parameters

[out]	ispec	DALE Iso energy directions
[out]	PDALE	Matrix : gives iso-energy frequencies FOR EACH ISO-ENERGY DIRECTION
[in]	PMIN	Minimum frequency for spectrum
[in]	PMAX	Maximum frequency for spectrum
[in]	TETMIN	Maximum value for the propagation angle
[in]	TETMAX	Maximum value for the propagation angle
[in]	NPALE	Number of discretisation band for periods
[in]	NDALE	Number of discretisation band for directions
