Brief:: DISCRETISES AN ENERGY SPECTRUM IN NDALE x NPALE CELLS OF EQUAL ENERGY. THE RESULT IS A LIST OF DIRECTIONS CORRESPONDING TO EACH BAND AND FOR EACH LIQUID BOUNDARY NODE.

[in]	PMIN	Minimum frequency for spectrum

[in]	TETMIN	Maximum value for the propagation angle
[in]	TETMAX	Maximum value for the propagation angle
[in]	NPALE	Number of discretisation band for periods
[in]	NDALE	Number of discretisation band for directions
