Flow Modelling
Telemac provides four modules for water flow modelling:
  • MASCARET: solves the 1D shallow water equations
  • TELEMAC2D: solves the 2D shallow water equations
  • TELEMAC3D: solves the 3D Navier-Stokes equations
  • ARTEMIS: solves the Berkhoff equations for wave behaviour
  • TOMAWAC: spectral wave model
Additional physics
Beside the water flow computation, Telemac provides module for environmental physics
  • SISYPHE: sediment transport module, to be replaced by GAIA
  • GAIA: new sediment transport module, much improved compared to SISYPHE
  • NESTOR: dredging module for morphodynamics studies
  • WAQTEL: water quality module, can be linked to the AED2 library
  • KHIONE: frasil module
