  4. Data in the TOMAWAC res file (to inform HB) are read in read_bin_frliq.f

  1. Use of ART_READ_BIN_FRLIQ to inform HB for liquid boundaries in case of CHAINTWC=2
  2. Calls TWCALE to get frequency discretisation
  3. Calls TWCAL2 to get directional discretisation in case of CHAINTWC=2, and use of BDALE in place of DALE where appropriate
